Join us at our first gathering for artists, healthcare professionals, community service providers, and community leaders to network and discuss strategies for improving health outcomes in their communities through the arts. This year’s conference will draw upon the identified priorities of the Wyoming Department of Health’s State Health Improvement Plan, feedback from our community needs survey, and the work of current arts in health & Wellness programs in the Mountain West Region.
