Our organization is lucky to have a group of dedicated volunteers that make up our four committees:
Community Engagement, Education, Fundraising, and Exhibits.
Each committee plays a vital role in advancing our mission to nurture and educate artists and to increase access to the arts.
The Community Engagement Committee focuses on building partnerships, outreach initiatives, and fostering inclusivity in all our programs.
The Education Committee helps shape and expand our classes, workshops, and educational opportunities for all ages and abilities.
The Fundraising Committee works to secure the resources needed to sustain and grow our impact, from grant writing to event planning.
The Exhibits Committee curates and installs compelling shows that highlight diverse artistic voices and engage our audience. Together, these committees ensure the success and vibrancy of our organization.

The community engagement committee is currently working on finalizing a survey that will go out to our members and the greater community of Casper.
This is something we have been working on for some time, and we are excited that it’s getting close!
This month we worked on our WHAT and our WHY for the Community Engagement Committee.
Our WHAT
To build meaningful connections through communication, advocacy, and inclusive engagement, uniting our community around the transformative power of the arts.
Our WHY
To grow membership, build positive awareness, and ensure our programs reflect community needs.
Some things our committee wants to focus on this quarter are:
-Getting the survey complete
-Member and Exhibiting Artist Name Tags for events
-Open Studio Hours when classes and workshops are not happening.

The fundraising committee is currently working on gala preparations, and planning our upcoming brunch events Art & Eggs at Art321.
We will be hosting some fun gala decorating parties soon to create wool-felted woodland creatures with Marsha from Fuzzy Fiber Art, and of course, our hand-made crepe paper flowers.
The date for our gala this year is April 26th.

The education committee meets quarterly and will be having its next meeting in late January.
Art321 hired Abigail Schneider last year as the Education Development Coordinator to manage classes and workshops, and she as been hard at work creating new classes, organizing our classroom and supplies, and teaching classes and workshops!
At our last meeting, we worked on workshop ideas for QTR 1 of 2025 and also created a new contract for workshops.

The exhibits committee has taken our gallery to the next level with our new white gallery whites, and updated pedestals.
They have also taken the gift shop to the next level with our new front desk check-out area.
They recently installed our You’re So Fly Exhibit, and it looks STUNNING.
